Ingredients

  1. 100 grefine flour
  2. 2no Egg
  3. 1tbsp water
  4. 1-2tspCorn flour to sprinkle
  5. 100 gbeef mince
  6. 1no. chopped onion
  7. 1whole chopped garlic
  8. 1 pinchdried oregano
  9. 1 pinchdried thyme
  10. 50 mlstomato puree
  11. 1 cupchicken stock or water
  12. 1 cupGrated Parmesan chesse
  13. 500 ml.refine oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make pasta dough using flour and egg, sprinkle water if required.

  2. 2

    For the sauce, heat oil in a fry pan add chopped garlic and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the beef mince, stir to mix with veggie, add both the dried herbs.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring till all the water in the beef evaporated, add stock or water and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add tomato puree and simmer it for 10 minutes until it thicken enough.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle grated parmesan chesse, mix with the pasta and serve hot.
