4 servings

1 cupPoha soaked
as neededAll dry spices
to tasteSalt
As needed Coriander chopped
as neededBread crumbs for coating
As neededRefined flour for slury
2 tbspGrated paneer
1/2 Grated carrot

Mix all above ing well except bread crumbs and refined flour.make a slury of ref.flour wit water and in another plate put bread crumbs.Now make cutlets dip in slury coat wit bread crumbs and shallow fry it.

Serve hot with Sauce/chutney of ur choice.
