Ingredients

  • 1 lbdried garbonzo beans
  • 2 lbfinely chopped fresh goat meat
  • 1 lbchopped carrots
  • 1onion peeled
  • 3 tspdried mexican oregano
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tsprosemary
  • 10dried Japanese chiles
  • 2 gallonwater
  • 1 bunchcilantro
  • 1 bunchfresh mint leaves
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1salt to taste
  • 4chopped serrano chiles

Steps

  1. 1

    In large pot add all ingredients except the cilantro and mint. Cook on med-high for about 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Add cilantro and mint and cook another hour.

  3. 3

    Sqeeze lime juice over it and enjoy...
