Ingredients

  • 1 kgChicken
  • 1 tbspGinger,garlic paste
  • 1 tspWhole garam masala powder
  • 2 tspoonGhee
  • 3 nosDry chilli
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 4 noCardamom pod
  • 6 no Cloves
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • 3Onion medium size
  • 400 gmCurd
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tspVinegar
  • 10 gmRaisins
  • as neededFew drop rose water
  • 1 full spoon fresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinated chicken in a bowl with

  2. 2

    Ginger,garlic, green chilli paste& vinegar...

  3. 3

    Heat little oil & fry chicken only for 2 to 3 mins,

  4. 4

    Grind the onion to paste mix with curd,

  5. 5

    Pour the paste in chicken and mix

  6. 6

    Pressure cook till 2 whistle, shit the gas let the steam escape,

  7. 7

    Open the lid, temperd the chicken with ghee, redchilli powder,garam masala powder & raisins,

  8. 8

    Add salt & sugar,

  9. 9

    Can add some rose water & some fresh cream,

  10. 10

    Then pressure cook another 10 mins...garnish some coriander leaves,

  11. 11

    Serve hot with naan,parantha...
