Preheat oven to 400°F

Slice jalapeños in half, lengthwise.

Coat insides of jalapeños with cream cheese.

Fill jalapeños up with shredded cheese.

Top jalapeños with breadcrumbs.
- 6
Bake in oven for 20 min.

I have been slowly trying to perfect a Jalapeño Popper recipe that is easy to do and tastes great. The results so far are excellent. One note though, if you substitute low fat cream cheese the cream cheese mixture comes out slightly more dense from the oven.
