Kacchi haldi matar ki sabji
Steps

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, add jeera and hing and fry a little.

Add haldi and fry in low flame by stirring continously for 10 minutes.

Add garlic and all dry masala and cook for another 5 minutes in low flame.

Add matar and cook for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.

Add curd and cook for 5 minutes till it turns thick. Haldi sabji is ready.
