Toasted bread - two ways

Steps

On two slices of bread, apply evenly the Blueband. Set aside.

Beat the eggs and whisk. Add the milk and salt to taste and stir. Set aside.

Place the pan on fire and let it become hot.

Place the bread with the Blueband, on the applied side facing the pan, and let it cook. The Blueband will melt and turn golden. Ensure it doesn't burn. Once done, remove and plate.

Add oil to the pan. Dip the remaining two pieces of bread, both sides, into the egg mix. Let it soak lightly and place into the pan.

Cook evenly on both sides. Once done, plate and serve.

Serve with tea or warm/cold milk.
