Boil macrony in hot water with little salt and oil

When it becomes soft take it out and strain water

Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for 5min. Add macrony; salt and pepper and oregano

Remove half part in a bowl and add mint chilli paste

While to the remaining part in kadhai add grated cheese and saute until it melts

Garnish with coriander leaves

So a combo pack is ready... Spicy mint Marconi and mild cheesy macrony
