    Meine Ghee mikala and ghee mikalne ke baad jo mava buch jata hai usmein dudh, sugar, malai add kariye.

    Medium flame pe use aache, se mix karte hue pakne dijiye. Jo Consistency chahiye woh lage hogae hai toh stove off kariye. As shown in pic.

    Thali mein pour karke thali pat karte hue set kariye.

    Decorate vth Dryfruits and rose petals(optional). Here i hv used rose petals as Valentine challenge so.Milk cake is ready. 😍
