Gujarati kadi and kakdi tamater ki sabji

First grind buttermilk with besan.

Add salt and haldi in it and stir as well.

Now take a thick bottom kadai and put on the gas.now switch on the gas.

Now add ghee and crackle jeera and curry leaves.

Now add green chilli,ginger,coriander leaves. in the butter milk.

Now boil the butter milk. on the slow flame for 15 minutes and stir as well.

When kadi is ready pour the chonk in it.

Now take a kadai and add oil.

Crakle jeera and pour the small kakdi pieces without peel in it.

Saute as well and add all masale as your taste.

Now add tomato pieces and covered it with lid.

Again saute for ten minutes on the slow flame.
