Steps

Dry roast Sesame seeds, peanut, dry coconut & grind to make a powder.

Heat oil in a pan and add brinjal, salt, turmeric powder, grinded powder and fry for 2/3 min

Again add oil in a pan and add tomato paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, slight salt and turmeric powder & cook till oil separates.

Now add brinjals, garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2/3 mins
- 5
Now add curd, Corina leaves and mix well. Switch off gas.
