Grate lauki in a bowl and add little salt and keep aside for 5-10 mins.

Then squeeze lauki properly and keep it's water for later use.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients.

Mix grated lauki also. Knead well.

If water required use left over lauki water. Knead tight dough.

Now in a steamer put water and bring to a boil.

Grease thaali (perforated /hole)

Spread one portion of dough and flatten it little. 1inch

Spinkle some more sesame over it.

Steam it for 10-15 mins.

When cool cut pieces into square shape.

Deep fry till crispy and golden brown.

Garnish with coriander and fried green chilli Serve hot.

Enjoy with ur partner / friend at tea/coffee time.
