put meat into a bowl. if you like put salt,pepper and some lemon and with your hands mash the meat together.

grab a medium size not to much meat. pat it and make it round

put half a piece of cheese and some cut up jalapeño pieces than grab some more meat put on top of and pat them together till covered than make into a ball n pat down making sure no cheese is sticking out

have a little bit of oil boiling in a pan on medium high. cook patty until all red is gone..

I mad some guacamole mashed up with some lemon,salt,pepper and cut up cilantro. mix it all together

after that you can add mayo and mustard to bun and spread some guacamole onto bun n enjoy!
