  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 1/2 cupsour milk
  • 3bananas mashed. up to 1 more if small bananas
  • 3 cupgluten free all purpose four

    make sour milk - 1 1/4 cup milk mixed with 1/4 cup vinegar

  2. 2

    mix ingredients in order

  3. 3

    bake at 350°F for 1 hour

  4. 4

    makes 2 loaves or approx 24 muffins

  5. 5

    grease pans

  6. 6
