Add all the ingredients and boil it in a cokker till the rice cooks properly.

For yellow colour
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and kadipatta. Then add finely chopped onions and saute it until it turns brown.Add salt and turmeric powder add 1/7 quantity of rice. - 3
For red colour
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped tomatoes. Add half teaspoon red chilli powder and add other quarter remaining rice to it. - 4
For green colour
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped cabbage and peas. Add half teaspoon green chuttney and add rice to it. - 5
For brown colour
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped cabbage, ½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 tble spoon soya sauce. Mix it well and add rice to it. - 6
For orange colour
For orange colour, add carrots in oil and orange colour in oil and add rice to it and mix well - 7
For white colour
Heat oil add jeera. Add chopped paneer and add rice to it - 8
For purple Colour
Saute beetroot and onions in a pan and add the juice in the rice. - 9
For serving add finely chopped green chilli and coconut powder in a bowl and add rice layer by layer into it. Invert the bowl in a separate plate and serve hot.
