  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  • 2 cupconfectioner's sugar
  • 1medium orange, juice and rind
  • 2 tspgrenadine
  • 1 tbspeach- cognac, rum, Cointreau,

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter, add the sugar gradually.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Dissolve sauce over hot water.

  4. 4

    Roll the crepes.

  5. 5

    Add rolled crepes, one at a time, turning to cover thoroughly with the sauce.
