This recipe is special my favourite and chocolaty.

Steps

In a bowl add oil,sugar,vanilla essence and beat well.

Sieve All purpose flour, coffee powder, cocoa powder,baking powder, baking soda all together.

Now add vinegar in milk and keep aside

Now add milk mixture in wet ingredients.

Slowly and gradually add all dry ingredients into wet and fold.

Your cupcakes batter is ready.

If batter is too hard add some lukewarm water spoon by spoon to achieve consistency.

Fill 9 cupcakes moulds and bake in preheated oven at 160·C for 15 ~ 20mins

Whip all the ingredients for icing and keep ready.

Let them cool and spread the butter cream with spoon or piping bag.
