Ingredients

  • 1 boxpasta shells 16 ounce
  • 3 mediumtomatoes sliced in slim wedges
  • 1/3 cupwalnuts chopped
  • 1/3 cupcashews chopped
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 tbspparsley flakes
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 3 tbspghee
  • 1 tspgreen papaya powder
  • 1 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2limes juiced
  • 1 largeonion sliced
  • 3 smallsweet peppers sliced
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupgreen olives

Steps

  1. 1

    cook pasta according to box when its done drain immediately put back into pot add spices and olive oil mix add olives toast nuts and seeds dont burn

  2. 2

    add to pasta heat ghee in pan add onions peppers cook just a bit till tender add to pasta add tomatoes serve add lime juice
