Wash and dry strawberries. DO NOT remove the stem.

Fill a marinading syringe (i also found if you have an old baby medicine syringe works great too, but needs to be disposed of after use) with the rum

Slowly empty the syringe into the strawberry. It soaks it up and will expand. When the strawberry is full u will know.

Microwave the chocolate wafers to melt them. or you could also use a double boiler.

Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and freeze or refrigerate til chocolate is hard
