I have been super super focused on taking care of my body. I can't even imagine eating anything that isn't beneficial to my body. This hummus bowl is loaded with protein and vitamin heavy veggies. Low fat and low carb! And so so delicious!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4 ozGrilled chicken
  2. 3 cupChopped romaine lettuce
  3. 2 cupShredded carrots
  4. 1 1/2 cupSliced cucumber
  5. 1/4 cupYour favorite hummus (I used spinach artichoke hummus)
  6. 1/4 cupShredded mild cheddar

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Place the chopped romaine in a large bowl. Then top with the other ingredients.

    Refrigerate at least an hour. Mix well and enjoy!
