
grilled pineapple pork chops

Steps

season chops with salt & pepper on all sides. in small bowl- whisk together mustard, honey & pineapple. reserve 1/2 cup for brushing. pour remaining marinade into zip-loc bag & add pork. toss to coat then put in refrigerator for 2 hours

heat grill or grill pan to medium-high & brush with oil. remove pork from bag & shake off extra marinade. discard bag

place chops on grill & cook 4- minutes per side, or to desired doneness, flipping only once & brushing with saved marinade. transfer to plate & cover loosely with foil. let rest 10 minutes before serving
