  • 1 cupCooked white rice
  • 16 ozSour cream
  • 1 canChopped green chilies large
  • 1 canChopped green chilies small
  • 2 cupGrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupGrated cheddar cheese topping

    Cook rice and mix with sour cream, green chilies and 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Top with 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 40 minutes.
