Peacan Pies

This recipe was given to me by one of my friends at work. I had been looking for one for my wife who is very particular about taste. After my friend came into office with the pie, I knew I had to have a copy.

Ingredients

2pie crust
3eggs
2/3 cupsugar
1/3 tspsalt
1 stickmargarine, melted
1 cupGolden Eagle syrup (no substitute)
1 cuppecans

Preheat oven 375°F

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, and syrup until well blended and creamy.

Stir in pecans and pour into pie shells.

Bake 35 minutes.
