Steps

Soak rice and urad dal for 6 -7 hours.

Grind rice, urad dal and soaked poha (or boiled rice).Then put it aside for another 4 -5 hours for fermentation.

Then add green chilli and ginger paste, hing and salt to it.

In a steamer put water to boil.

In a dhokla dish spread oil.

Add eno to the batter and pour it to dhokla thali. Sprinkle red chilli powder and black pepper powder on it.

Steam it for 5 mins. Serve hot.Spread oil on it before serve.

U can tamper it by mustard seeds, coriander and white til.
