Mix the sugar flour and baking powder together

Using a teaspoon fill the the cakes with mixture and bake for 25 minutes

For icing mix butter and icing sugar and a little bit of milk

Mix and add food colour any that you prefer

Mix to a thick paste

Put in a piping bag and draw your designs on top part
