Ingredients

12 servings
  • 6eggs
  • 250 gramsself raising flour
  • 100 gmMargarine or butter
  • 150 gmCaster sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  • 5 tspIcing sugar
  • Milk as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Layout 12 cake cases in a bun tin

  3. 3

    Mix the sugar flour and baking powder together

  4. 4

    Add butter and eggs

  5. 5

    Whisk all of it together

  6. 6

    Using a teaspoon fill the the cakes with mixture and bake for 25 minutes

  7. 7

    For icing mix butter and icing sugar and a little bit of milk

  8. 8

    Mix and add food colour any that you prefer

  9. 9

    Mix to a thick paste

  10. 10

    Put in a piping bag and draw your designs on top part
