Ingredients

  • 10-15boiled and peeled baby potatoes
  • 2tomatoes grated
  • 3-4green chilies chopped
  • 1 spoonginger grated
  • 3 spooncurd
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dum Aaloo Masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmuric powder
  • 1 tspDry mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tspChopped coriander
  • Oil as needed

Steps

    Just deep fry the potatoes and keep in side

    Take a pan

  3. 3

    Add two spoon oil

  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds,green chilies,ginger

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes

  6. 6

    Saute for two minutes

  7. 7

    Add curd and mix

  8. 8

    Add potatoes and all spices

  9. 9

    Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander
