Peanut/Raisins Chocolate Muffins

Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease well a muffin tin. - 2
In a mixing bowl, sieve together flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder.

In a jar, place eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and beat together until sugar has dissolved.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour and into a soft batter. Add the peanuts and raisins and mix well.

Pour a tablespoonful of the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
