Steps

Peel and boil your yam with a pinch of salt to it.

When yam is boiled slightly mash, leave little chunks.

Dice your onions pepper tomatoes and meat.

In a small pot or pan add oil and fry the diced vegetables and meat, add seasoning.

Add the fried ingredients into the yam, mix properly to have an even distribution,

Take small portions and roll into a ball. Coat with egg and deep fry in oil.
