Grilled Squash & Halibut w/ Green Beans & Portobellos

Slice squash lengthwise in 1/2" thick pieces and set aside

Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, pepper & garlic salt and baste squash and grill in ribbed pan until tender

Cut halibut into about 1" to 1 1/2" pieces

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in pan and cook halibut with lemon juice
- 5
Heat remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil in another pan and sauté green beans & mushrooms. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Place squash on plate and top with halibut, green beans, & mushrooms.

Sprinkle lemon zest on top for extra pop
