Steps

Boil milk & water & keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan on low flame.

Add suji & roast till it change the colour to light golden brown.

Add hot milk and water mixture in it.

Mix well, cover it with lid & let it simmer for 2/3 minutes.

Add sugar and mix well till it leave the edge of the pan.

Finally add chopped cashews and almonds, raisins and cardamon powder.

Keep for sometime & serve hot.
