Ingredients

  1. 12 sliceBread (Cut in small cubes)
  2. 2 tbspground cinnamon
  3. 1 canfruit cocktail mix (drained)
  4. Custard
  5. 1 tspground nutmeg
  6. 2 quartCow's Milk
  7. 5 mediumeggs
  8. 2 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  9. 1 canevaporated milk
  10. 1 2/3 tbspvanilla
  11. 1/2 cuprum or rum cream
  12. 1/2 cupsherry
  13. 1/2 tspsalt
  14. Glaze
  15. 1/2 cuporange juice
  16. 1 tbspbutter
  17. 2 tbspsugar
  18. 1/2 ozrum (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven at 350 ° F

    Grease a med bread pan with butter

  3. 3

    Combine bread cubes, cocktail mix and cinnamon in a container.

  4. 4

    Place coated cubes and fruits in Greased pan.

  5. 5

    Heat and cool milk then mix with all other ingredients for custard.

  6. 6

    Pour milk mixture over bread cubes.

  7. 7

    Allow to rest for 15-20mins so cubes may absorb the custard.

    Bake for 45-50mins

    Combine ingredients for glaze over flame in a small saucepan until slightly thicken.

    Take pudding from oven, brush with glaze and put to cool.

    ENJOY with a scoop of your favorite ice cream :-)
