My sister in law gave me this recioe when we were both competing in a seight loss challenge. These are a delicious healthy snack.

Ingredients

1 cupdry oatmeal
2/3 cuptoasted coconut flakes
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1/2 cupground flaxseed or wheat germ
1/2 cupchocolate chips (optional)
1/3 cuphoney, maple syrup or agave
1 tbspchia seeds (optional)
1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Chill in refrigerator for 30 min.

Roll mixture into balls.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week.
