Ingredients

  1. cake
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 3/4 cupveg oil
  6. 1 cupplain yoghurt
  7. 2 cupflour
  8. 3 tbspbaking powder
  9. for the pudding
  10. 3 cupmilk
  11. 1/4 cupstarch
  12. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  13. 1/2 cupsugar
  14. 1 dashsalt
  15. 1 cancream

    For preparing the cake:

    1. Preheat oven to 200 c

    2. In a lrg bowel, mix the eggs, the vanilla, the sugar, the oil and the yogurt ,

    Sift in 1 cup of the flour then the baking powder , and mix well

  5. 5

    Sift in the remaining flour , mix well

  6. 6

    Pour the batter in a cheesecake-pan ,Bake for 20 minutes,

    Whn the cake is done cut it into 2 halves, using a string, and set aside to cool

    For preparing the pudding

    1. On the stove, add 2 cups of milk in a pot then the sugar and stir well

  10. 10

    In a small bowel, dissolve the starch in the remainig milk and then pour it into the pot

  11. 11

    Bring it to a boil or till it thickens, then turn off the stove, add the cream, then the vanilla, mix well

  12. 12

    Befor you pour the pudding over the cake drink it with already prepared nescafe, then put it in the fridge to set ,, and enjoooy

    U can decorate it with grated chocolate or anything you like ,, i used kitkat ^-^

    You only use 1 half of the cake,, you can use the other half for making cheesecake ^-^
