BFR (Bacon Fried Rice)

BFR came from my husband grandmother, who ate this as a child growing up in the Filipins, and has been a family favorite with different variations. This dish is considered breakfast, but we still eat it for dinner. Enjoy!

Steps
- 1
Put rice into rice cooker (if using instant rice, skip this step)
- 2
Crack and whisk 12 eggs together in a medium bowl
- 3
Cook scrambled eggs on medium high
- 4
After eggs are done, empty eggs into a large bowl, and set to the side.
- 5
Cook bacon in pan on medium high as well
- 6
After bacon is done, put into napkin and let the grease dry up, then add to your large bowl with eggs
- 7
By now, the rice should be done (or if you're doing instant rice, now is the time to prepare it), with the rice now done, add it to your large bowl
- 8
Mix the rice, eggs and bacon, adding soy sauce to the mix. Add as much or as little as you like. Voila!
