Ingredients

  • 4Egg yokes
  • 2 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 lbButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Put EGG YOKES, LEMON JUICE, SALT and PEPPER in blender top.

  2. 2

    Set yolks mixture in a pan of warm water for about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat BUTTER slowly to a bubbly stage.

  4. 4

    Put yolk mixture in blender, cover and blend quickly, remove blender cover.

  5. 5

    Add hot BUTTER into blender in a steady stream.

  6. 6

    Serve hot!
