Ingredients

  • 4 mediumTomatos, Diced
  • 1/2Onion, Diced Fine
  • 3 cloveGarlic, Minced
  • 14oz Can Green Chiles
  • 1 canDiced Tomato
  • 1Jalapeno, Diced Fine
  • 1Green Bell Pepper, Diced Fine
  • 2Tbsp
  • 2 tbspFresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 tbspGreen Onion, Chopped Fine
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • 2 tspTomato Paste
  • 1Sea Salt, To Taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients, mix well

  2. 2

    Refrigerate and let stand for an hour before serving

  3. 3

    You may also combine all ingredients in a food processor for more of a "saucy" salsa

  4. 4

    Variations: Add 1 cup black beans that have been rinsed and drained and/or 1 cup of fresh or frozen corn
