Take a bow and add 1 cup quinoa, 1/4 cup Moongdal dal pour water and soak for 10 minutes

Then wash the quinoa and moongdal well.

Take a pressure cooker and add quinoa,moongdal along with 3 cups of water and required salt.

Cook for 3 whistles.

Take a kadai heat some ghee, for seasoning add cumin seeds, pepper, green Chilli, curry leaves, hing.

Pour the seasoning to pongal mixture Mix well.

Hot fiber Rich quinoa is ready to serve with sambar.
