Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsbutter
  2. 3 tbspgolden syrup
  3. 85 gramsbrown sugar
  4. 140 gramsporridge oats
  5. 50 gramsdessicated coconut
  6. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  7. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  8. 100 gramschopped hazelnuts
  9. 2 tbspcrushed linseeds

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3.

    Butter a 22cm square baking tin.

  3. 3

    Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a pan.

  4. 4

    Pour in the oats, cinnamon, coconut, seeds and nuts, mix and pour into tin.

  5. 5

    Bake for 30-35 mins.

  6. 6

    Leave to cool for 5 mins, then cut into slices.

  7. 7

    Will keep for 1 week in an airtight container.
