Ingredients

  • 2 cuprolled oats
  • 12 tbspcoconut flour
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 largeeggs
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspsuagr free chocolate syrup
  • 3 tbspsugar free caramel dip
  • 1 tbspsugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbspjet puffed marshmallow bits
  • 2 1/2scoops of vanilla protein powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all of your ingredients aside from your Coconut Flour, Caramel Dip, Chocolate Chips, and Marshmallow Bits into a bowl and mix.

  3. 3

    Add in your Coconut Flour and mix that in.

  4. 4

    Take out at least a 10'' skillet and pour your mix in.

  5. 5

    Press your cookie mix into your skillet.

  6. 6

    Top with your Caramel Dip (evenly distribute it), Chocolate Chips, and Marshmallow Bits.

  7. 7

    Bake on 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
