In a large pot with salted water, cook pasta till aldente. (Usually 3 minutes shorter than indicated on the package)

While waiting for the pasta to cook, In a small bowl mix the Egg Yolks with the Garlic Oil.

Before you drain the pasta save 4 tablespoons of the cooking water.
