Preheat oven to 180°C. Lay sheet of pastry out and sprinkle one third of each of the cheeses over half of pastry

Fold pastry in half and roll out as flat as possible

Repeat step one and two twice
- 4
Brush melted butter over top and sprinkle paprika. Add leftover cheese and flatten with hands. Sprinkle herbs
- 5
Cut into long strips and place onto flat, lined baking tin
- 6
Bake in oven until crispy and brown. Enjoy! Great as dippers!
