Ingredients

  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 3 eachMilk Chocolate Bars ( two 7 oz, one 1.55 oz ) broken into pieces
  • 4 cupSemisweet Chocolate Chips ( 24 oz )
  • 7 ozMarshmallow Creme ( one jar )
  • 12 ozEvaporated Milk ( 12 oz )
  • 4 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 cupWalnuts - chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil with wrapping over sides for grasping later

  2. 2

    Grease foil with I Tbsp to prevent fudge from sticking

  3. 3

    In a large heat-proof bowl, combine the candy bars, chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup of butter in in large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-1/2 minutes

  5. 5

    Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixture, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.

  6. 6

    Stir in walnuts

  7. 7

    Pour in foil lined pan.

  8. 8

    Refrigerate until firm.

  9. 9

    Using foil edges, lift fudge out of pan

  10. 10

    Cut into 1 inch squares

  11. 11

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
