Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil with wrapping over sides for grasping later

Grease foil with I Tbsp to prevent fudge from sticking

In a large heat-proof bowl, combine the candy bars, chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Set aside.

Combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup of butter in in large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-1/2 minutes

Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixture, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.

Stir in walnuts

Pour in foil lined pan.

Refrigerate until firm.

Using foil edges, lift fudge out of pan

Cut into 1 inch squares

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
