Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesFrozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  2. 1 cupSour Cream
  3. 1 cupMayonnaise
  4. 1 canWater Chestnuts
  5. 1 loafSourdough or Pumpernickle Bread
  6. 1Knorr's brand vegetable soup mix

  1. 1

    Prepare the bread bowl by scooping out the middle to form a bowl. Reserve the bread that was removed for dipping.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. When chilled, scoop into bread bowl. Serve with reserved bread cubes, pretzels, cheese, etc.
