Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 gramsgnocchi sardi
  • 300 gramssardinian sausage
  • 1 smallonion
  • 500 gramspureed tomato
  • 1Salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1Oil
  • 150 mlwhite wine
  • 1Pecorino Sardo
  • 1Parsil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1Basilicum

Steps

  1. 1

    mix oil, onion and garlic and toss good

  2. 2

    heat the pan

  3. 3

    add the sausage and press it with a wooden spoon

  4. 4

    add the pureed tomatoes, season with salt and simmer it for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    At the end of the simmering, add the basilicum

  6. 6

    Boil the gnocchi in water

  7. 7

    mix with the ragù

  8. 8

    grate with pecorino

  9. 9
