300 gramsgnocchi sardi
300 gramssardinian sausage
1 smallonion
500 gramspureed tomato
1Salt
1pepper
1Oil
150 mlwhite wine
1Pecorino Sardo
1Parsil
1 clovegarlic
1Basilicum

Steps

mix oil, onion and garlic and toss good

heat the pan
3

add the sausage and press it with a wooden spoon
4

add the pureed tomatoes, season with salt and simmer it for 30 minutes

At the end of the simmering, add the basilicum
6

Boil the gnocchi in water
7

mix with the ragù
8

grate with pecorino
9
