  1. 1 boxred velvet cake mix
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  4. 1powdered sugar to sprinkle on top when done (optional)

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    Combine all ingredients together

  3. 3

    Lightly grease cookie sheet and place 1" apart

  4. 4

    Bake 8-10 minutes. Red velvet cookies will crack at top when done

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
