Ingredients

  • 4 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1.5 cupssugar
  • 1.5 cupsbutter /margarine
  • 3/4 cupsdesicated coconut
  • 3eggs
  • 4tsp.baking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar till fluffy then add eggs 1 by 1 beat again.Add flour,coconut,b/p n vanilla knead n put in the cookie presser n bake for 15 to 20mins at 170°.
