  1. 14 ozbeef broth
  2. 1 1/2 lbpork
  3. 1/2 cupsour cream or cream cheese
  4. 1/2green bell pepper
  5. 1jalapeño w/ seeds
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1/2 packagesmushrooms
  8. crushed red pepper
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. 2 tbspbutter
  11. 3 dashred wine
  12. 1 dashworcestershire sauce
  13. 1 dashthyme
  14. 1 dashwhite pepper
  15. 1 boxwhole wheat penne
  16. 1 dashcayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up pork into 1/2 strips. Place with beef stock and red pepper in frying pan to reduce

    Add bell peppers, onion, and jalapeño to same pan once the liquid has reduced to halfway.

    In a separate pan, sautee mushrooms with garlic, butter, and red wine. Then add to first pan.

    Boil pasta to al dente and drain.

    By now the broth, pork, and vegetables should have reduced even further. Whisk in cream - Reduce as needed/add in flour tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.

    Turn off heat and whisk in worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and thyme.

    Top pasta with sauce and enjoy!
