in medium sauce pan heat water, milk, and sugar until sugar is disolved.

remove from heat and cool to roughly 110°. Add beaten eggs and yeast.

in large bowl sift together salt and flour. create well in flour and add wet ingredients. do not stir.

let stand 20 minutes. add butter and mix.

knead lightly, adding flour if needed. cover and let stand 30minutes.

punch down and shape dough on greased baking sheet. let rise another 30 min

brush rolls with egg wash or melted butter and bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes or until done.
