Sab se pehle chhole ko 7ya8 ghante ke liy soak kar le.phir inhe pressur cooker mein salt dal kar 10min or 3_4whishtle lgwa kar boil kar le.1tea bag isme daal de ache colour ke liy.

Ab ik pan mein oil dal kar isme jeera dale or ginger garlic paste dale or 1min ke lie fry karein.ab isme tomato puree dal kar pkae.Ab isme red chilli powder,chna masal,coriander powder dal kar ache se mix kar le.Ab isme boiled chna add kar le or or medium flame pe pkai or consistancy apne hisab se rakh le or coriander leaves ke sath garnish kar ke serve karein.

Bhature:-1 bde bowl mein maida or suji le or isme a pinch of ajwain,a pich of baking soda,salt or 2spoon cooking oil,curd dal kar soft dough bana le.ab ise 30mins ke lie ache se dak kar chor de.After 30mins ataa ko ik bar phir ache se mila le or chotti choti loia bana ke gol ya oval shape mein bail le or deep fry kar or grma garam chhole ke sath serve karein.
