Methi pakoda is crisp as well as soft fritters made with fenugreek leaves ( methi) & gram flour (besan). Serve it as a tea time snack with green chutney.
Steps

Wash & chopped fenugreek leaves.

Peel and diced the patatoes.

Combine fenugreek leaves, gram flour, diced patatoes, carrom seeds, salt and pepper, baking soda and green chilli in a bowl.

Mix well using sufficient water to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Drop the batter in the oil with the help of a spoon or with ur hands.

Deep fry pakodas till they become golden & crisp.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Sprinkle chat masala on it.

Serve hot with green chutney.
